Guidelines for Submission

ITEF Educational & Pedagogical Review (ITEF-EPR) invites high-quality, original, and unpublished research papers, review articles, and book reviews from scholars, researchers, and practitioners in the fields of education, pedagogy, curriculum studies, and allied disciplines. The journal maintains rigorous academic standards and ensures that all submissions undergo a structured review process to maintain quality, clarity, and integrity.

1. Originality – Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.

2. Format – Typed in MS Word, Times New Roman/ Unicode in case of Hindi, 12-point font, double-spaced, with standard margins.

3. Length – Articles: 3000,–4,000 words; Short communications: 2,000–3,000 words; Book reviews: 1,000–1,500 words.

4. Abstract & Keywords – Abstract of 200–300 words and 4–6 keywords are mandatory.

5. Referencing – Authors must follow APA 7th edition referencing style.

6. Figures & Tables – Numbered consecutively with clear captions and sources; high-resolution images provided separately.

7. Submission Process – All manuscripts should be submitted electronically to the official journal email/portal.

8. Peer Review – Submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review; the editorial team may suggest revisions.

Ethical Policy

ITEF Educational & Pedagogical Review (ITEF-EPR) adheres to the highest standards of research integrity and publication ethics. Authors, reviewers, and editors are expected to uphold honesty, transparency, and accountability in all aspects of the publication process. The journal follows international ethical guidelines to ensure trust and credibility in academic publishing.

1. Authorship – Only individuals who significantly contributed to the research and writing should be listed as authors.

2. Plagiarism – Strict zero-tolerance policy; all manuscripts will be checked using plagiarism detection tools.

3. Data Integrity – Authors must ensure accuracy, reliability, and authenticity of data; falsification or fabrication is prohibited.

4. Conflict of Interest – Any financial or personal interests influencing the research must be disclosed.

5. Acknowledgment of Sources – Proper credit must be given to all funding agencies, collaborators, and literature.

6. Review Process Ethics – Reviewers and editors must maintain confidentiality, impartiality, and fairness.

7. Corrections & Retractions – The journal may issue corrections, clarifications, or retractions if ethical violations are found.

8. Open Access & Copyright – Authors retain copyright but grant first publication rights to the journal; proper credit must always be cited.

Submission Process

2. Review Policies – Read the Publication Guidelines and Ethical Policy carefully.

3. Login – Use your registered User ID and Password to access the submission portal.

4. Fill Form & Upload – Select the submission option, fill in all details step by step, and upload your research paper/article.

5. Submit & Confirm – Review your entry and submit; an acknowledgment email will confirm successful submission.

6. You can directly mail your research paper just by writing an application to Editor in Chief Prof. Dr. Tanwir Yunus  for the publication  in the email-itefjharkhand@gmail.com.
